Arvixe uses state-of-the-art R1Soft backup and recovery system to take snapshots of the entire system. We automatically perform hourly backups for all BusinessClass plans. Customers will have an option of browsing through 12 different states of their files from within the last 4 hours, last 4 days or the last 4 weeks. Every hour, a new backup is made and replaces one of the 12 states of recovery. For more information in regards to how our backups are done, please contact sales or support.
