Arvixe uses state-of-the-art R1Soft backup and recovery system to take snapshots of the entire system. We automatically perform daily backups for all PersonalClass, ResellerClass and BusinessClass plans. Customers will have an option of browsing through 4 different states of their files from within the last 2 days or the last 2 weeks. Every day, a new backup is made and replaces one of the 4 states of recovery. For more information in regards to how our backups are done, please contact sales or support.
