Curl, DomXML, mod_rewrite

Curl is a command line tool for transferring files with URL syntax, supporting FTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, SCP, SFTP, TFTP, TELNET, DICT, LDAP, LDAPS and FILE.
DomXML is a php extension which you to operate on an XML document with the DOM API.
Mod_rewrite, often called the Swiss Army Knife of URL manipulation, uses a rule-based rewriting engine (based on a regular-expression parser) to rewrite requested URLs on the fly. Mod_rewrite is a module of the Apache webserver.
