Is the domain under my name or Arvixe's?
The domain is 100% yours. The contact information, DNS server information and domain lock information can be controlled through your billing control panel. You may choose to transfer the domain away at any time.
What happens if I no longer wish to use Arvixe for web hosting?
Your domain will still be yours. However, the cost for the domain will go back to our regular pricing. Our regular pricing for .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz and .info is $9.95 / year.
How do you know when to renew the domain for me?
The domain will be renewed as soon as your hosting account is renewed. Therefore, whether you manually renew your hosting account or whether it renews through the auto-renewal process, the domain will also be renewed at the same time.
Does this offer work with domain transfers?
Yes! we will transfer your domain name to us for free and continue to renew the domain as long as you are hosting with us.
