How to Submit a Ticket

Many common issues can be handled by creating a support ticket. The simplest way to do this is through the ticket creation form within your Client Area. This method ensures that our system automatically passes on information about you and your account to us, enabling us to address your issue more efficiently.

This article will walk you through how to open a support ticket through your Client Area.

This is the preferred method in most situations.

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
    • If you forgot your password, you can request it using the Forgot Password link.
  2. Within the Client Area, Open Ticket in the top menu.

  3. Select the appropriate department for your issue. (For this example, we will use "Support.")

  4. Fill out the form. Please make sure to provide details about your issue. You may also upload images.

  5. Verify the CAPTCHA tool.
  6. Click Submit.

If you use this method, your identity will be automatically verified.
