Transferring a .co.uk domain

Transferring a .co.uk domain is different than a .com .net, etc.  .co.uk is assigned to the registrar by an IPS Tag.  

To transfer your .co.uk domain to Arvixe, you will need to

1. Have the current Registrar  point the domain to our servers. This is done by changing the current name servers to the name servers that are found in the Account information email that was sent to you when you signed up for hosting.  Doing this first will have the site running  within 2 - 4 hours in most cases.
2. Have the current registrar change the IPS tag to TUCOWS-CA.
3. Contact us and tell us that the tag has been changed and that you would like to transfer the domain.

We will then process the transfer and associate the domain with your account.
