For that to be done, we'll need to use an AWStats plugin called 'timezone' but it comes with a big warning "Warning, this plugin need the perl module Time::Local and it reduces seriously AWStats speed". This means, that if we enable it now, it'll also cause huge loads on the server(s) that are unexpected and cannot be done.
