How to Whitelist Your IP - Plesk

All Plesk hosting packages include two web analytic tools(AWStats and SmarterStats) for analyzing disk space and bandwidth.  We recommend using SmarterStats as it is more robust, however, this article will cover how to use both.  Before you can use either tool, you will need to choose which tool you want to use for each website.

  1. Log into your Plesk Control Panel.
  2. Click Websites & Domains.
  3. Click Hosting Setting on the domain in question.
  4. Use the dropdown menu under Web statistics to select AWStats or SmarterStats.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.

All new domains/subdomains will default to the same tool once it is set for any of your domains
